Yes, all tickets are personalized hard tickets. You will only be granted entry if the name on the ticket matches your photo ID. Please have your ID (national identity card, passport, or driver's license) ready to ensure a smooth entry process.
Re-personalization is possible until May 1, 2026. It is subject to a fee and requires payment of a service charge. Please send an email to support@ticket.io with your full name and order number.
All tickets for the HIVE Festival are physical tickets sent by mail. If you haven't received your ticket, please send an email to support@ticket.io and include your ticket number and name.
No, the tickets are non-refundable. If you can't attend the festival, you can resell your ticket privately.

HIVE does not sell tickets for individual days. There is only one festival ticket, which is valid from Friday at 11:00 AM to Sunday at 10:00 PM.
To attend HIVE Festival, you must be at least 18 years old. We do not accept parental consent forms or similar documents.
Companions of people with disabilities receive free admission in return for their support during the festival visit. Please send us an email with proof of eligibility to info@hive-festival.de .
